Once you complete your form, email or mail it to our Treasurer, Ellen Kocher.   Ellen’s email address is:  viragosilver@hotmail.com.  Note that some classes have size limits – be sure to indicate alternative choices.

Balance will be due: February 1, 2009

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel room. If you share the room with 2 or 3 other people, you can reduce your cost down to approx. $25 per night – see the Hotel info below.

Hotel: Park Inn on Broadway (within walking distance of Granville Island)
The hotel has blocked off rooms on the same floor for us – be sure to mention “Horizons, Polymer Clay retreat” to get your special pricing. Note: all prices quoted in Canadian $$$.

Cost: one room for 1-3 occupants will be $99/night for the room – the 4th person will add another $15/night to the room rate. (not including taxes)  This would mean 4 people only pay approx. $28 a night – what a deal!

The special rate is only available until January 21st – book your rooms soon.

Retreat Refund Policies
January 15, 2009 – any money sent is fully refundable if cancellation notice received before this date.

After January 30th – a $25.00 administration fee will be kept and remainder will be sent back to you.

After February 15th – $100 will be kept and the remainder sent back to you as a number of costs will have already been incurred on your behalf.

Attendance will be limited to approximately 30-35 people – so be sure to save your space and sign up early!

    I would like to register for the Vancouver PC retreat. I am a member of the NWPC guild. I will be sending the check out this weekend for the deposit ($100 can). I will also probably be taking some classes so will fill out a class reg. form and sending it too.

    Looking foward to seeing you all next month – if the whether permits…the new Mantra NO SNOW….NO SNOW….NO SNOW…
